The morning of 16/12, on the occasion 20 years anniversary of the established date ‘s the VietNam Petroleum Corporation and the first class Labour Medal receiving, The “lighten your hope” scholarship Foundation grants students who have studied in HaNoi. At the ceremony, Mr. DinhHaDuy - Member of the Executive Committee’s the VietNam General Labor Union, president of the VietNam Petroleum Corporation presents speeches to review 20 years tradition of building and growth’s the VietNam Petroleum Corporation and honors to receive first class Labour Medal.
On this occasion, on behalf of the “ Lighten your hope” scholarship Foundation, Mr. DangNgocTung - Member of Party, President of the Vietnam General Labor Confederation, Mr. PhungDinhThuc - Standing Committee member’s the Central Party, Party Secretary, Chairman of the VietNam Petroleum Corporation’s the Assembly Standing, Mr. LeMinhHong – Standing Committee member, Party Secretary, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Petroleum Corporation, Mr. HaDuyDinh – VietNam executive Labour, Chairman of VietNam Petroleum Corporation offere scholarship certifications and laurel wreaths for the 20 representive students out of the 160 students who receive scholarships in 2011.
Especially, among the 20 students, NguyenMinhPhu is a student at the University of Information Technology- HoChiMinh International University. He is an agent orange victims, a disabled student with inborn amputated handed, his father is wounded soldier with the poor rural families at the TamHop Hamlet, ThanhTho Commune, ThanhYen District, NgheAn Province. Despite his problem, he still has overcome fate to make his dream become an IT (Information Technology) engineers. He was recruited into the University of Information Technology after the fate of efforts to reach high academic results.
With a desire to help more students who have particularly difficult circumstances to follow their studying dream further, the Foundation's Management Council approves and grants 110 full scholarships and 50 one time encouraged scholarships to support their studying spirit. The “ Lighten your hope” scholarship Foundation ceremony is held successfully in HaNoi city in 2011.
